Importing Data from a Dataverse table and custom options fields are not imported

Hey,

I am trying to solve this problem now for days and can't find the right solution. I am working with Dynamics/Dataverse Data and I got it all in Power BI Desktop. There are 3 custom options fields that I added in Power Apps. Those 3 are my problem.

The problem: Power BI imports the options fields but it doesn't import the values. Every Visual containing their data just says "empty" without any error message.

I already tried:

- publishing the fields in power apps

- deleting cache in Power BI Desktop

- tried directquery but then my colleagues can't see the field either

Thank you so much in advance for the help.
