Imported local images not showing

Hey as a topic say I have a problem with import local images.

When I import them to power bi they not showing, when I use a snipit tool to set their size, they sometimes showing only a little bit.

Im using this code on JPG photos and change data category to image URL.

    BinaryToPbiImage = (BinaryContent as binary) as text=>
let
    Base64 = "data:image/jpeg;base64," & Binary.ToText(BinaryContent, BinaryEncoding.Base64)
in
    Base64 
in
    BinaryToPbiImage

Im used this one. It works usally but not at these ones.
