Hi All,
I imported a table from the Excel from my Desktop into Power BI, But I want to disconnet the link but mantain the table and deleate the file from my PC.
If I cancel the File from my PC and the i want to updated the total report I have an error because Powe BI ttry to connect to the excel.

If you imported the data from excel then you deleted the file, you could use the data imported in the pbix file without being able to refresh the data ince there's no connection to the source.

So after you link the excel sheet and open it in Power query, you click apply and close button as shown in the screenshot and the data will get imported.
