Import data mode from datamart in Power BI

I need to import the tables from a datamart using the SQL Server connector and many times the query starts but finally doesn´t end correctly or the updated process in power bi service related to the power bi dataset associated to this modelo doesn´t work.

Is this an issue about datamart? Or this SQL connection method is only for external SQL analysis tools like Management Studio?
