Import custom font does not work
I am trying to add a custom font (in this case Proxima Nova Rg) to PBI desktop by adding it to the jason theme file (as in https://whatthefact.bi/power-bi/using-enterprise-or-custom-fonts-in-power-bi...

you have to make sure the font is exactly called how it's installed in windows. In the blog article mentioned it has to be "MiddleEarth" and not "Middle Earth" for example. For you it might be that "Proxima Nova" is registered as "Proxima Nova Rg".
To do that go to C:\Windows\Fonts and copy the exact naming of the font you want to use and paste it in the JSON.

I have the same issue for ppt and pdf.
Same as you, I have imported the custom font correctly and it displays correctly in Desktop and Service.
