Import an Excel sheet into a Table Visual and maintain the same column order

 

Hello,

 

I have an Excel sheet with 80 columns that follow a specific order. When I import the data into Power BI, the data source fields are arranged alphabetically. 

I would like to populate a Table visual (see below) with all fields in the SAME ORDER as they appear in the Excel file. Is this possible? Drag and drop 80 fields, one by one, into the Table visual and figure out the right order is not really an option...

    Best off adding an index column to the Excel Document and sorting by that to retain the order you want it to be.
