Running PBI version: 2.27.4163.701 64bit on my PC. I don't see the new "..." or "import" feature for the visuals. Doing something wrong?

I have downloaded and installed Version: 2.27.4163.701 of the Power BI Desktop. Under the Visualizations Menu, there is no "..." menu icon to "Import From File". I am unable to add downloaded custom visualization files for use on the Desktop app.
I tested using the online app. The menu option to "Import From File" is visible. I am using Windows 10, 64bit.
