Implementing card in my report

I need to implement above card type on my report. Green arrow should show last year business vs this year business, If it is high then green up and if it is down red down. Will it be possible to implement, If yes. Please provide how.

@Anonymous , You have to combine two-card visual and use unichar with conditional formatting

Okay but how to intigrate it in one Card,I need value and arrow in same card
