We are experiencing an issue in Power BI where images are not displaying reliably in the Matrix visual after the March update.
Previously, the images were showing correctly, but after the recent update, they are either not appearing consistently or failing to render properly in the Matrix visual. This issue is impacting reporting usability and creating confusion for end users.

Hi @saleem_shah ,
Thanks for reaching out to the Microsoft Fabric Community forum.
As a key troubleshooting step, try validating whether the issue is specific to the Matrix visual by testing the same image field in other visuals within Power BI. Add the image URL field to a Table visual or an Image/Card visual and observe the behavior. If the images fail to display across all visuals, the issue is more likely related to the data itself, such as invalid URLs, access restrictions, or incorrect data categorization.
Additionally, Please try clearing out the cache and retest the Matrix, In Power BI Desktop, go to File > Options and settings > Options. Under GLOBAL, select Data Load, and then select Clear Cache.
If you've previously connected to the published semantic model with different credentials or an expired token, cached credentials might cause connection issues. In Power BI Desktop, go to File > Options and settings > Data source settings, and then select Clear Permissions to clear any cached credentials.
I hope this information helps. Please do let us know if you have any further queries.
Thank you

Hi @lbendlin,
Thank you for your response. The folder is already properly connected, and the images are displaying correctly in the mobile view. However, in both Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service, the images are not showing consistently. Also, this was working perfectly before the March update, and the issue started appearing after the update.

I have already ensured that the data category is set as "Image URL"
you seeem to be missing the opening tag and the double quotes.
