Image not Showing in Simple Image Visual

Hi All,

 

I am working with images in Power BI using Simple Image custom Visual having some images which is more than 25KB in size and those are not showing completely in the visual.

 
Is there any workaround or else the visual that accept more than 25KB in size image.

    Hi community_pinki,

    What type of source data are you worked on? URL or base64 strings? Did these images show correctly when you use these in the table visual? Please share more detailed information to help us clarify your scenario:

    BTW, if this issue only appeared in the 'simple image' custom visual, you can consider contact to the visual author to report this.

      I have created table in power BI Desktop and adding image URL in it.

        Hi community_pinki,

        What type of URL are you worked on? Do you mean the URL with root path of image file or URL that includes some redirect additional authorizations? (root URL of the image file: xxxxx.xxx.com/xxx.jpg; other types of URL: xxx.xxx.com/img=xxxxxxxx, xxx.xxx.com/xxx/image?id=xxxxxx)

        AFAIK, power bi not works for the URL with redirection or additional authorizations.

        BTW, have you check the firewall rule and allow lists of power bi services? They may block the requests and affect the loading of the contents.
