Image is not being exported to PDF

Hi,

I have an image on a report and when I try to export to PDF get the following error:

I am using the simple image add on. I;ve tried doing it in a table and then get the broken image symbol. I can view it perfectly fine on the power BI service. 

Any help will be much appreciated.

Hi,

I used a custom visual called "Simple Image". I can view the image online which isn't an issue. I need to export the page the image is on as a pdf for distribution and that is when I get that error.

Hi @Fali324 

As mentioned in the documentation, the export capabilities for custom visuals are still limited to certified custom visuals. (I checked the list of release schedules, but didn't find anything in it that mentions the scope of use of the extended export feature)

Therefore, I think it's better to certify visuals to enable export rather than waiting for feature usage to change.
