Image Slicer Highlighting

Hi,

I have a slicer which filters all other graphs by gender (males in this instance) if it is clicked

When I click it, it then looks like this

 

 

 

Is there a way that I can make it not highlight in this grey colour (just stay white or lighter grey, or nothing at all?)
