Ignoring blank values in a cumulative count

I am counting the number of orders a customer makes through its user ID.

I created a table which summarizes total orders over time by customer. I am getting number of customers that is slightly higher than all my customers that made orders because its including customers who havent made orders. How do i fix this? I tried all different <> Blank solutions 😞

Cumulative Accounts W/@2 Orders =
VAR CurrentDateInFilter = MAX ( 'DATE'[WEEK END])
RETURN
Calculate([Accounts W/02 Orders],FILTER(ALL('DATE'),'DATE'[DATE]), 'DATE'[DATE] <= CurrentDateInFilter)
