Ignore source files if not present - Loading blocked by failures with other queries.

Hi all,

I am processing different files on a daily basis in one go and if in one folder I don't have files that day I get an error.
This is not an error it is just a lack of files that day to process.
Is there a way to avoid "Loading blocked by failures with other queries." error ?
