Ignore filters drill through

Hello, I need help with a measure:

I am using a drill through from a matrix in one page to end up in another. Obviously all visuals in the new page are filtered by the values chosen in the first page. Now, I need to write a measure that will show a metric filtered by a condition of another field and not by those fields of the drill through.

The fields used both in the drill through and the measure come from the same table. 

Is there any way I can ignore the filteres of the drill through table whilst applying others in a measure? 

I tried with: ALLEXCEPT and it doesn't work.
