Please try below dax formula:
Measure = VAR max_date = MAXX ( Sales, Sales[Date] ) VAR tmp = FILTER ( ALL ( Sales ), DATEDIFF ( Sales[Date], max_date, MONTH ) <= 3 ) RETURN SUMX ( tmp, Sales[SAles$] )Best regards,
