Ignore Filter in Visual Interaction

I have the following report: A table that shows the current quarter (Q4) and the next quarter (Q1) by month and Region for Invoiced and Planned . And a graph that shows each quarter of the current year and the next year.

I want to be able to select the region in the table above, and have the graph below update. Right now, the graph will be filtered for region AND date like this:

How can I exclude the date filter from being applied when using the visual interaction?

@Anonymous , No, you cannot use half interactions ? You can try measure with removefilters(Date)
