If, then statement for top 10%

Creating a scorecard using the table visualization for a variety of different indicators. Any idea how I could assign scoring based on a row's relative comparison to the others showing?

Ex. One column is  Win Rate, and I'd like to add a measure that will assign a Win Rate Score of "5" if in top 10% of win rate column, assign "3" if in middle 40%, "1" if in bottom 10%

Ultimately, the goal is to do this over a few different columns of varying data types so I can assign an average score from 1 to 5 for each individual listed in my table
