If statement not working correctly
See below picture:
I do not want -99 to be returned. I would like the value for the 8/1/2023 TRIR column to be returned. in this case (0.91).

If statement is working correctly. It's looking to see if the month is = 12, IF IT IS then give TRIR YTD, IF NOT then give -99. I think you just have your ending arguments mixed up
