If formula for Power BI

Hi Team, 

 

I am looking for a If formula solutiuon for Power Querry. Currently I am using this in excel, while I would like to move to Power BI. The Formula in excel is:  

IF(A4="";"";IF(A4=A5;"renewed";""))

A4 is Blue

A5 is red

I am looking in the excel table for: 

 

How can I implement it either in DAX or power Querry?
