If for each statement in powerbi

Hello,

 

I'm trying to create a true/fasle function in powerbi desktop. I have articles of products in my rows, sizes as columns, and the values is a calculation of supply v demand. Is there any way in DAX to say IF For each size, the supply v demand calc >= 0, return TRUE, if not FALSE?

    Can you  provide some sample data in text format, or link your power bi file in a cloud source and share it here with an example of your expected outucome.
