If between two times.

Hi,

I have a table called X_Phone with a column called Call Time in HH:MM:SS AM/PM format.

What i would like to do is create a measure that basically says, if the Call Time is > 06:00:00 PM and < 11:59:59 PM then "Off Peak" otherwise "Peak".

Can anyone assist me in creating this measure.
