If a table filter is selected display a measure on a card visual

Hello everybody,

I'm trying to realise the following trick:

I have a table that is filtered by a data slicer between 2 categories. In the upper corner i built a card visual to display a value of a measure in particular the average of filtered column values. I need that the value of the card changes between the two measures (avearge of the first category or average of the 2nd category) whenever I choose another option in the filter. 

Is this possible?
