If Text Column Starts with any number, then name the Column something

I have a text string column that begins with 3 numbers followed by letters for some of the items in the column. I want to look for anything in that column that starts with a number and if it does, I want to return a value and if it doesn't start with a number, then I want to return another value.

Thanks for the reply from @Ahmedx , please allow me to provide another insight:

First of all, I create a set of sample:

Then add a calculate column:

Column =
IF ( IFERROR ( VALUE ( MID ( 'Table'[Column1], 1, 3 ) ), 1 ) = 1, "NOT", "YES" )

 The result is as follow:
