If/Or Statement in Power Query

Im trying to do the below but in  power query, getting stuck when the column is blank piece when I'm using add a conditional column.

use below code in custom column column 

= if [columnA]=null then "NoValue" else if [columnA]="A" then "A" else "B"

or

= if [columnA]="null" then "NoValue" else if [columnA]="A" then "A" else "B"
