If Function with Float and Integer output

I'm attempting to migrate a dashboard from Tableau to PowerBI, and I'm unsure how to implement a specific feature.

How do I implement an IF condition where the output shows either a value, or a text string?

Below is a Tableau equivalent of what I'd like to see in powerBI:

A measure can only be one data type. If you want to mix and match output you'll have to use the FORMAT function to make strings out of numbers.
