If Condition in Two Rows is met, then give a result

 I have the following data table:

I am trying to get a result to display based on the results of both Condition 1 and Condition 2.  They are calculated columns as follows:

Condition 1 = IF(
    MDD[Test 10] = "True" && MDD[Out] = "True" && MDD[Less than -10] = "True", "YES!", "")

Condition 2 = IF(
    MDD[Test 7] = "True" && MDD[In] = "True" && MDD[Less than -10] = "True", "YES!", "")

As you can see, Shaggy Rogers meets both conditions.  I have tried to make a custom column to give me "True" based on both those conditions being me, but I am struggling to get it to work.  Even if we can get it to work in a card (it doesn't necessarily have to be in a table) that will work.

Both Condition 1 and Condition 2 are data type text but don't need to be. We can make them "TRUE/FALSE" if that's how we have to make it work.  I will have close to 50 of these, some of which will be based on three conditions.  Any help that can be given is greatly appreciated.

    can you try, and what do you get?

    Condition 2 =
    IF (
    MDD[Test 7] = "True"
    && MDD[In] = "True"
    && MDD[Less than -10] = "True",
    1
    )

      Here is the column I added (named Condition 3 because I already have a Condition 2),

      Condition 3 = IF(
          MDD[Test 7] = "True" &&
          MDD[In] = "True" &&
          MDD[Less than -10] = "True",
          1)

      And that gave me a whole number count.  The table has the following result:
