Icons showing value change across many columns

I have this table that needs to show an up or down arrow between columns showing the change in numbers month to month.

Needs to show like this:

I tried icons under cell element but it's only showing % change overall.

I need a Dax code to either subtract each column from the one before or a way to insert these arrows.

I'm a beginner at Power BI.

You will need to unpivot your source data, and include a calendar table in your data model.
