You can achieve that by DAX, something like this:

IconMeasure = 
VAR icon = IF([YourCondition], UNICHAR(9650), UNICHAR(9660))
RETURN
icon & [YOUR_PERCENTAGE_MEASURE]

Unfortunately, there isn’t a direct UNICHAR code for an arrow inside a circle.

But, you can reach your goal by these SVG Code:

not sure for some reason, it doesn't show the icon see below last coloumn, i have change the measure to Image URL based on chat gpt, and it still doesn't work

Hi @vjnvinod ,

To use directly in measure and in your Matrix, Use the following DAX:

IconMeasure = 
IF(
    1=2,
    "https://cdn-icons-png.flaticon.com/128/5610/5610923.png",
    "https://cdn-icons-png.flaticon.com/128/329/329344.png"
)

Change the condition  to attend your need.

Make sure to change Data Category to Image URL.

Change the image size to attend your needs in the Format pane in your Matrix:

@vjnvinod  Couldn't find the icon's relevant unichar in the available documentations. Meanwhile you can consider

"ColoredArrowUp" for Green Up arrow and  "ColoredArrowDown" for Red Down Arrow.

If you still want to use those particular icons. You can download the icons and convert them into bas6e64 format and use it in your theme.json file. You can refer the below blog on how to add custom icons to your report
