      Anonymous are you using matrix visual, the key column you used in the visual, what is the aggregation method for it or it is dont summarize?

        parry2k It is table and not matrix. (Should i be using matrix?) Key column is set as dont summarize 

        I created "key" column to replicate what is in "status"column as when doing the conditional formatting it did not allow me to use "status" assuming becuase it is a measurment.

         

        FYI im very new to Power BI
