Icons in conditional formatting to compare 2 metrics rather than particular value

I want to compare measure with another measure to display icons in conditional formatting.

But it doesn't give me any option here, I can just create another measure to create color display like IF(measure1 > measure2, "Green", "Red") and then compare this metric to get the results but I want to know if there is any easy option here

What Greg_Deckler said is right, you cannot achieve this right now🙁
But you can vote the idea and comment here to improve this feature. It is a place for customers provide feedback about Microsoft Office products . What’s more, if a feedback is high voted there by other customers, it will be promising that Microsoft Product Team will take it into consideration when designing the next version in the future.
