Icon with conditional formatting

Dears,

i'm using Matrix Table and i used in the filter distinct count. i've used the conditional formating, whenever the value is blank it will display red Icon and whenever the disnct value is 1 it will give green icon. now i need to now show that "1" next to green icons and also how can i center those icons?

NB:

those Icons are URL Images.

Under the advanced options for conditional formatting you can set it to 'Icon Only'

Then in the field formatting set the alignment to center:
