Icon/Button with action

Hi,

Is there any way where we can put a textbox with text "Next" on it and allow users to click on it which will take them to next page. Is this possible in Power BI?

Thanks

Yash

Hi @Anonymous,

Currently, Power BI doesn't support such a functionality that allows users to switch across multiple report pages via a text button.

You can follow these steps:

1. Create a bookmark of the next page (Go to next page > Click "View" on the ribbon > check "Bookmarks Pane" > "Add" Bookmark)

2. Rename the bookmark you just created if necessary > Right click and uncheck "Data" and "Display", this way sync slicers will work on this page.

3. Go to the previous page, create a button, active the "Action" function of the button > Choose "Bookmark" for the Type, and the bookmark page name for the "Bookmark."

I've been looking for this aswell. As far as I understand, there's no feature like it. Your best bet would be to insert some text and then add a URL link for that text pointing to the requested page (got to be on PBI Service).
Not a clean solution, and kind of unnecessary when you got the bar with pages at the bottom?
