IS there a way to add a Vote button (Like, Dislike) in a report/dashboard?

I am developing a dashboard which consists of genes, molecular structures and its properties. This dashboard needs to be voted by chemists every now and then, to identify if a particular drug for a gene is suitable or not. Is there a way, we can add a Like/Dislike button to this dashboard?
