HI. I have a postgresql data source and my Database is behind a Firewall. What are the power BI IPs to which I must allow access? Thanks

If you want to allow the ip address which can allow power bi service to connect postgre directly, please find the AzureCloud.<Region> tag in the following list, it will contain the ip range used by Power BI Service:
IP Ranges for each cloud, broken down by region and by the tagged services in that cloud are now available on MS Download:These JSON files are updated weekly and include versioning both for the full file and each individual service tag in that file.
