IF statement with division

Hi Guys,   I'm trying to create a 'Proportion Uptake' column in Power BI Query Editor using simple calculation but it errors from second row onwards as there are some zeros in my Denominator data. ...

    = Table.AddColumn(#"Add Subtotal2", "Proportion Uptake", each if [#"12. Number of people offered sign-up"] = 0 then 0 else [12c. Total successful sign ups] / [#"12. Number of people offered sign-up"] * 100)
