Solved: IF logical Fucntion

Hi All,

I am new to DAX coding. Could you please help me in understanding below function? Thanks .

I am using a IF(OR( Column1 = "X","Y","A","B")) logic in excel to compare my column1 values.

When I tried the same logic in PowerBi measure, I wont see my column name at all, IF(OR())

Could you please help me by explaining what am I mssing here? Thanks.

Here is the syntax for IF with multiple values . Hope this helps to you.

Column = IF(Detais[Category] IN {"AA", "AB","BA"} , 1,2)

When to use a Measure or Conditional Coulumn?

Do u mind helping me to undersatnd when to use Calculate or Filter function?
