IF and Statment for new Colmuan

i Tried  this one based excel but its not working  please help me

 

New Columan = IF(AND('MAT Register'[Status]="UR", 'MAT Register'[New] <=21),"Under Review",IF(AND('MAT Register'[Status]="UR", 'MAT Register'[New] <=21),"Overdue",IF(AND('MAT Register'[New] <=21),"Within Contractual Period", IF(AND('MAT Register'[New] >21,"Beyond Contractual Period")))))

New Column = IF(('MAT Register'[Status]="UR" && 'MAT Register'[New] <=21),
"Under Review",IF(('MAT Register'[Status]="UR" && 'MAT Register'[New] <=21),"Overdue",IF(('MAT Register'[New] <=21),"Within Contractual Period", IF('MAT Register'[New] >21,"Beyond Contractual Period"))))
