    Hi adamsumm,

     

    Please try this formula:

    personal =
IF (
    SEARCH ( "personal", new_call[description],, 0 ) > 0
        || SEARCH ( "personal", new_call[Transfered_to.cmdb_ci],, 0 ) > 0,
    "Personal",
    "Company"
)
