IF RELATED Not Working

I have a data model that I am trying to add a column to list an account as an HVA or Non HVA account. I have looked at previous reports I created with this logic in it and cannot find a difference.

Hi Parry, I thought i had the issue resolved as I was able to get to a 1:1 relationship and was able to get PB to recognize the table, but I am still getting an error.
