Try this instead:
= VAR Sales = [Sales] VAR Result = SWITCH ( TRUE (), Sales < 499, "Low", Sales < 999, "Medium", "High" ) RETURN ResultHi Anonymous
Change it to this measure instead:
IF( max('table'[Sales]) <= 499, "Low", IF( max('table'[Sales]) >= 1000, "High", "Medium" ) )Or the column instead:
Column = IF( [Sales] <= 499, "Low", IF( [Sales] >= 1000, "High", "Medium" ) )
Try this instead:

VAR Sales = [Sales]
VAR Result =
SWITCH ( TRUE (), Sales < 499, "Low", Sales < 999, "Medium", "High" )
RETURN
