I want to hide chart based on slicer selection

I want to hide chart based on slicer selection, i have a clusterd column chart which i want to hide and display a white box which will display test as "No Data Available" when the country has been selected as "Canada" from Country slicer. Also it should allow user to interact with the chart when "Canada" is not selected.

I have added one blank Button, turn off border, background, Header icon
Use Measure2 in function of the buttom text
minimise the size of the shape so column chart can be intereactive
