I want to find out total work time of employees, all the time releated data are present in single column. how to solve this.

Information is still not enough.... (1) What's the calculation formula of  total work time of employees? (2) Could you give the expected result based on the picture?

What I need is the math formula to calculate total work time of employees, and how many activity types? What's the relationship between types and work time? Besides type, are there other conditions that affect the calculation of the total work hours for each employee? 

If you could share it, then I can transfer it into DAX expression.
