I need help about Chart

I trying to create charts to below details, but not coming correcty its showing wrong. i need to help make this??

Hi,

It looks like it's counting the occurances of the month against the time in column 2 - what are you expecting the chart to look like?

    Ah okay, time formats aren't supported in those charts.
