I'm getting issues using a filter on a Matrix Preview

I'm using direct query to pull back data from a sql server db.  Clearly a bug of some kind.

 

The data appears perfectly.  Some rows are correctly blank.  But I want to hide them.  So I add a filter one one of the blank colums to filter out blanks.  When I apply the filter I get really screwed up data.   All the summed values blow out to crazy high numbers.  My matrix  has a 3 level heirachy.  If you drill down, the data is correct.  The bug seems to manifest at the top level view.

 

Anyone experiencing this?

    Anonymous can you post a screenshot of before and after?
