I have all the domain user on the tenant A and the power bi pro licenses on the tenant B

Hi all,

Our customer has 2 Microsoft 365 tenants.

On the tenant A he has got almost everything, including domains and email.

On the tenant B he has got 24 PowerBI PRO licenses.

All fine, our customer has loged in till now using xxx@xxx.onmicrosoft.com

But now, want to login using his domain (tenant A).

What could we do?

We have tried to cancel licenses on tenant B and purchase on tenant A, but we cannot cause there are NCE licenses and we still have 8 month permanency.

Our perfect / easy solution would be transfer licenses from tenant B to tenant A (customer is the same and we are global admin on both tenants). We will appreciate anyone helping us in that or explaining any alternative. We also have tried multi tenant setup with no luck.

Thanks in advance.

Hi @joanadderit ,

Given that the licenses are under the NCE model with a commitment period, you should contact Microsoft Support directly to discuss the possibility of transferring licenses between tenants.
Prepare to provide details about both tenants and the licenses, as well as the reason for the transfer.
Microsoft Support may be able to provide options or exceptions in your case, especially since the same customer owns both tenants.

Hi @v-tangjie-msft ,

Thanks for replying!

We would love to do what you say. It would be ideal! However... in the link you sent me I don't know where to go... what product do I say I need support for? When I end up talking to Microsoft on the phone or via chat, they always end up telling me they can't. We need it to be done, even if it is exceptional.

Please let's just shed some light, I'm desperate.
