I cannot see a toolbar

Hi, How do you know what Power Bi option you have? I don't seem to have the toolbar at which is shown across the top of screen in all the training videos.  Thanks Rowana

    Hi Rowana

    The screenshot shows a report in Power BI Service not in Power BI Desktop.

    Could you show a screenshot of what you have seen from the videos which you think your Desktop should have?

    Why you wonder if the desktop has been installed properly, what's wrong with your desktop currently?

Hi Maggie, thanks, you have answered my question. It is power BI Service which I am seeing then and not desktop. It is not clear on this screen that it is power bi service. Perhaps it would be useful if this was made clearer.

Thanks again for your help.  I will speak to my IT as I had understood that they had installed everything
