I cannot login to Power BI Desktop account, it says 'Script Error'

Hi

As of this morning I cannot log into my Power BI desktop it comes back saying "Script Error" and the error is "Invalid Character"

This morning i did have to change my Windows 10 password to login, but i dont get any opportunity to lofin into PBI desktop and change password as i cannot login in the first place, can anyone help?

HI @DCrowther ,

Can you please provide more detail information about these? (e.g. specific characters in your account or domain name,desktop version...)
In addition, you can also use fiddler to trace login in operations to find the blocked requests.

Thankyou for replying, I did get connect but now haing the same problems again with Desktop version of PBI (the online/Services version logs in fine)

My account name is dcrowther@forestersfriendlysociety.co.uk

The version of desktop PBI that i am running is 'Version 2.66.5376.2521 64-bit (February 2019)'

Below is a copy of the script error i get when trying to login, my Microsoft Office Account works fine when i login also. just issues  PBI Desktop

It seems like network related issue so these authorization script initialization failed. Please contact to your IT to confirm network status and firewall block list.
