I can't upload an excel file

Dear friends, I'm new to power BI and the following is happening to me.

When I try to upload an excel file, the upload or transform buttons are not enabled. YES the one to cancel.

Reason why I can't continue with the file upload.

Any guidance on what may be going on?

It further says "the preview data has been truncated due to size limits"

Hello, it is that the load or transform boxes are disabled, if I click on them, it does nothing, it does not turn green as you show me on the screen. I know you have to do what your mem says, but like the buttons aren't enabled

Hi @Syndicate_Admin - Please select the checkbox of the file, as below image. you can see the tabs transform and load for theconnection as highlighted.
