I can't see a downloaded .pbix

Hi 

I'm trying to dowload a file from server to desktop. It does allow me to dowload it into .pbix but when I go to my dowloads I can't find it. Power BI server indded lets me dowload it, I even get the mesage: 'the report was exported to a .pbix file and is avaialbe for you to download'

@Erika16 , for me it shown the message and downloaded post that.

Clear the browser cache and try again. Make sure you are checking the correct download folder
